Castles & Coasts Housing Association Limited (CCHA) formed on 31 July 2017 following the merger of Two Castles Housing Association and Derwent & Solway Housing Association. CCHA owns and manages more than 7,000 homes across the North of England.

The Board of Castles & Coasts has appointed Fiona Moore as Chair

Fiona’s working background is that of a solicitor with extensive experience in residential and commercial property and, more recently, in company secretarial and governance and compliance roles as part of senior management.  As a former solicitor to a large regional building society, Fiona has experience of working in a regulated organisation.

Fiona is an experienced Chair and is also currently a member of the Cumbria Police and PCC Joint Audit and Standards Committee and Chair of Governors of St Martin & St Mary Primary School, Windermere.
