Castles & Coasts Housing Association is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our Financial Transactions Team.  

This is an exciting time to become a member of our team as Castles & Coasts continues to grow and deliver the best possible services to our customers. We have recently carried out a top to toe review of the finance function and you will join the Association at a time when we are moving from a traditional linear structure to a business partnering approach. This represents a substantial change in the way in which we operate with a clear focus upon driving the business forward.  The concept for the future of the finance function is around client care, meeting and anticipating the needs of both our internal and external partners.

We are looking for someone who takes immense pride in their work and has previous experience of purchase ledger and high volume transactional processing.

You will have a desire for continuous improvement and key duties include; carrying out transactional activity, ensuring payment of suppliers and liaising with other departments to ensure insurance claims are actioned.

The role will require strong communication skills to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
