We are looking to recruit an Income Assistant who will be based in Newcastle, Carlisle or Workington and play a key role in supporting our Income team.
The Income Assistant will support the effective collection of income, rent and other charges from our current and former tenants.
The Income Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks including income recovery action, minimising arrears, invoicing and recovering rechargeable repair debts and some balancing and reconciliation work. Administrative support will also be given to the Income Team and you will assist with answering telephones and responding to queries into the Income Team Mailbox.
