Castles & Coasts Services (CCS) is our in-house team that conducts responsive and void repairs to our properties, provides grounds maintenance to our estates, as well as ensuring statutory and best practice compliance to our homes and schemes.
Due to the expansion of CCS and the services we deliver, we have commenced a rolling programme of electrical installation condition inspections to all our properties.
We are currently looking to appoint an experienced NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and Principal Duty Holder to manage our team of electricians and the work that they deliver. You will be supported by an existing management and administrative team. For the right candidate, we are offering an attractive salary and benefits package.
