We are committed to providing the best quality homes to our residents. Each year, we undertake a planned works programme with the aim of achieving this. The programme of work is built around our Stock Condition Survey, which provides information on all of our properties. The information below details where we have carried out improvements over the last year.
CCHA spent £5m in 2018/19 replacing 696 building components including:
A further £750,000 was spent on external decoration across the Association.
We are committed to continually invest and we plan to spend £5.16m in 2019/20, replacing 1,186 building components including:
A further £700,000 will be spent on external decoration, including repairs, as necessary, of 1,050 properties across the Association.
Note: the entire programme is subject to validation surveys in advance to ensure that replacements take place only where they are necessary.
