Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is pleased to announce the publication of its seventh Residents’ Voice Report.
The report gives an overview of feedback we have received from complaints, compliments, and satisfaction surveys. Within the report, you’ll find out how our Residents’ Scrutiny Panel have helped to identify service improvements, and how we have learned from complaints. It also includes some of the activities we have delivered across communities over the six-month period from April to September 2024.
Key highlights include:
Adam Gould, CCHA’s Head of Customer Service & Engagement, said: “We are proud to present some excellent achievements again this year. Thank you to the residents who have engaged with us to provide valuable feedback, along with the team at CCHA. Resident feedback helps us to continually improve our services, and the communities we work with.”
A big change for the housing sector this year was the introduction of new Consumer Standards, launched by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) in April 2024. The Standards aim to ensure all social housing residents have safe and well-maintained homes, that their voice is heard, that services can be appropriately adapted to meet individual needs, and that you live in communities that are well managed and maintained.
Adam Gould continued: “The report outlines our absolute commitment to ensuring we meet all these expectations. We are dedicated to making sure our residents live in safe homes in safe and thriving communities.”
