After listening to resident feedback, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) are hosting a drop-in session for residents in Northside, Workington. The session will be held at Northside Community Centre on Thursday 17 October between 10am and 2pm.
Colleagues from CCHA’s Lettings & Neighbourhoods, Property Services (maintenance), Income, Asset Investment (planned works) and Castles & Coasts Services teams will be on hand to chat to residents about any queries they have, or any issues they would like to discuss.
If anyone needs to discuss something in confidence, CCHA is offering the reassurance that separate meeting rooms will be available.
Anna Bates, CCHA’s Head of Housing, said: “We always aim to work in partnership with local residents and communities. We’ve listened to feedback from residents in Northside, and know that residents really value face to face interactions with colleagues.
“Our drop-in session is in the heart of your community, so please do come along so that we can find out more about any issues and work with you to offer the right support.”
If you’re a Northside resident and can’t attend on the day, rest assured there are lots of other ways you can get in touch with us to discuss any concerns. Please visit our website for details.
