Did you know that last year CCHA supported residents in accessing over £1.5 million in benefits they were rightfully entitled to? This is just one of the highlights of our combined Residents’ Voice and Annual Report for the April 2024 to March 2025 financial year, published today. 

The countdown is on for Castles & Coasts Housing Association’s (CCHA’s) community clean up event in Northside, Workington on Wednesday 13 August, from 10am to 3pm.

We were proud to stand with organisations across the UK in support of ASB Awareness Week (ASBAW) 2025 earlier this month, and reflect on a productive week.

After listening to feedback, we have made some improvements to the way you find information on our website which will be ‘live’ as of Tuesday 15th July.

Thank you to everyone who has already taken part in our 'getting to know you' big customer survey! We are now starting phase two, and contacting the residents that haven’t already responded.
