You can set up a Direct Debit (DD) to avoid missing your payments:
- You can request a new DD online via our Residents’ Portal. All you need to do is input your own bank details and preferred payment dates. We will then review the request before it’s approved and finalised. You will still get written confirmation of your payment schedules in advance from allpay.
