Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) have maintained the highest possible ratings of G1 and V1 following an in-depth assessment (IDA) by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). Confirmation of the gradings has been published on the RSH website today (5th July). 

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) has organised a community morning in Hetton Le Hole from 10am to 12noon on Friday 7th July as part of a week of events across ten towns and villages in Cumbria, Lancashire and the north east to mark Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week.

Running from 3rd to 9th July, ASB Awareness Week 2023 aims to encourage communities to take a stand against ASB and highlight the actions that can be taken by those experiencing it. 

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) joins the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC) to urge people to reduce their risk of house fires. The ask comes during NFCC’s Home Fire Safety Week which runs from 12th to 18th June.
