Terms & conditions

This application is made on the following strict conditions that you will comply with, if permission is granted, in addition to the terms of your tenancy agreement:

You must not have any other pets in the property, unless prior permission has been granted
You commit to responsible pet ownership
The pet must not cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbours or anyone else
You are responsible for the behaviour of and for any damage caused to your home or shared areas by any animal that is kept at your home. You will be recharged for any costs that we incur as a result of such damage
You agree to comply with Castles and Coasts Housing Association’s (CCHA) Pet Policy
CCHA can withdraw permission at any time

I agree to the conditions listed above. I understand that if any of these conditions or the conditions of my tenancy agreement are breached that CCHA may remove permission and tenancy action may be taken and/or injunction proceedings may be issued.

Permission is not granted until permission from CCHA is received in writing. Please do not take possession of the requested animal until permission is granted.
