Following a rigorous recruitment process, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) have confirmed the appointment of a new Chief Executive, Dawn Clark, after Stephanie Murphy announced her retirement from the role.

After successfully making the change for its homes in the Eden district in 2023, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is bringing the repairs service for its 593 other homes across the South Lakes region in-house, from Monday 22 September 2025.  

After listening to feedback, we have made some improvements to the way you find information on our website which will be ‘live’ as of Tuesday 15th July.

Over this financial year (up to 31 March 2026) Castles & Coasts Housing Association’s (CCHA’s) planned investment programme is set to improve the quality of over 1,000 of its homes across Cumbria and the North East.
