From April 2023, all social housing tenants are being offered a new way to give valuable feedback on the services provided by their landlords. The Regulator of Social Housing has created the new system, called ‘Tenant Satisfaction Measures’ (TSMs), for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services.

Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) have taken handover of the final affordable homes on the Story Homes development at Aspen Grange, Carlisle, meeting an urgent need for affordable housing for local residents.

Castles and Coasts were delighted to take part in a special event in Northside, Cumbria which aimed to boost community spirit by providing residents with access to support and advice.    

Castles and Coasts are joining other agencies for a partnership event which aims to boost community spirit in the Northside area and provide residents with an opportunity to access support on housing and financial issues. The event takes place on Thursday 12 January from 3pm to 6pm at Northside Community Centre.  

CCHA’s development team is delighted to have taken handover of five new homes last month at the Persimmon Homes Limited Speckled Wood Phase 2 development.

Christmas well and truly arrived at Wadham Court in Sunderland last week (including snow!), as Independent Living Wellbeing and Compliance Officer, Sue Clark, hosted the traditional annual Christmas lunch for residents and members of the local community.
