Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is proud to announce that we have achieved the Silver level accreditation in the Better Health at Work Award, recognising our continued commitment to supporting the health, wellbeing, and safety of our employees.

Building on our Bronze Award success, this milestone highlights the progress we’ve made in embedding wellbeing initiatives across the organisation, promoting healthy lifestyles, and creating a culture where people feel supported both at work and beyond.

Dawn Clark, CCHA’s Chief Executive said:

“We’re delighted to receive the Silver accreditation. This achievement reflects the enthusiasm and dedication of our teams in making Castles & Coasts a healthier and happier place to work. We know that when our people thrive, our organisation and communities benefit too.”

Clive Ligget, Head of People at CCHA, said:

“Thank you to everyone who took part in wellbeing activities, shared feedback, and helped make this achievement possible. Together, we’re building a workplace that truly values health and wellbeing.”
