Any employer with over 250 staff on a given ‘snapshot date’ has to submit and publish their gender pay gap data within one year of that date - it’s a legal requirement. CCHA’s snapshot date was 5 April 2025, when the organisation had 293 employees, so has to publish the report by April 2026.
