Castles and Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) have introduced email encryption to make emails even more secure when sending sensitive information in an email.
It's really important that we keep personal, sensitive, financial and identity information secure, and encrypting emails makes sure that emails being sent outside of CCHA to other people can't be intercepted.
Depending on what we're emailing, residents and contractors might be sent an encrypted email so we have put a guide together on how to open them.
If you are ever unsure about an email that says it's from CCHA and is encrypted, or you're having issues opening it, please either contact the person who has sent you the email directly or call 0800 085 1171.
