
CCHA is looking for the services of a suitably competent Director level, HR Advisor, with demonstrable Director level experience. The HR Advisor must be able to give advice, guidance and strategic direction/leadership to CCHA’s HR manager, the executive Directors, Staffing & Governance Committee (S&GC) and Board. As well as wider HR, this will also include competency in payroll, salaries, DB and DC pension schemes.
