Did you know that last year CCHA supported residents in accessing over £1.5 million in benefits they were rightfully entitled to?

This is just one of the highlights of our combined Residents’ Voice and Annual Report for the April 2024 to March 2025 financial year, published today. 

Other key highlights include: 

  • Resident satisfaction at 91% (staying above our 90% target)
  • Welcoming hundreds of residents to CCHA with 588 new tenancies  
  • Completing 20,695 repairs  
  • 80,866 contacts made with our Customer Services team 
  • Bringing 101 brand new homes to our region for affordable rent and shared ownership

Stephanie Murphy, CCHA’s Chief Executive, said: “We’re proud to present some excellent achievements again this year. We would like to thank every resident who has engaged with us to provide feedback about the services we deliver. This feedback is extremely valuable, it helps us to understand where we are doing things well, and where there are opportunities for us to continue to improve.” 

Stephanie Murphy continued: “Over the past year, one of our key focus areas has been ensuring we have up to date information about our residents, in particular making sure we understand if residents have any specific needs we need to take into consideration when we are delivering our services.”
