Our easy-to-use Residents’ Portal lets you:

  • Update your contact details
  • View your tenancy details
  • View your account statement
  • Make an online payment
  • View and report a repair
  • Get in touch with us 

In autumn 2025, we also introduced a solution that lets you request a new Direct Debit (DD) online via the portal. 

It’s really easy to set this up, and we’ve put this guide together to walk you through the process.

The great news is that your DD will automatically be adjusted to allow for any changes in your rent coming into effect this April. There’s more about these changes in our rent FAQs here.
