How senior leaders are paid
We publish information about the pay and benefits received by our Executive Directors and Board Members. This helps residents understand how senior pay is managed and supports transparency and accountability.
In 2026:
- Executive Directors received total remuneration of £547,000.
- Non-Executive Directors received total remuneration of £70,000.
- The highest paid Executive Director received £137,000 excluding pension contributions.

Community fund
Our community fund helps local groups and organisations deliver activities and projects that benefit residents living in our communities.
Delivered in partnership with the Cumbria Community Foundation, the fund supports initiatives that make a positive difference to people's lives and strengthen local neighbourhoods.
Eligible charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations can apply for funding to support projects that contribute to our community investment priorities.
