Complaints help us understand where things haven't gone as expected and identify opportunities to improve. We publish information about the complaints we receive, the issues raised most often and the actions we've taken in response.
This information helps residents understand how we deal with complaints and how we use feedback to improve our services.
Learning from complaints
Our annual report explains the complaints we receive, how we perform against complaint handling standards, the areas where complaints are most commonly raised and, importantly, the improvements we've made as a result.
It also includes information about Housing Ombudsman requirements, our compliance with the Complaint Handling Code and examples of service improvements delivered following resident feedback.
