Terms of Reference

Code of conduct
Our Code of Conduct sets out the behaviours and standards expected of Board Members, colleagues and residents who are formally involved in governance, scrutiny or decision-making at Castles & Coasts.It explains how people should act with integrity, treat others fairly and with respect, take responsibility for their actions and work in the best interests of residents.
Competence and Conduct
Residents should be able to trust that the people delivering services have the right knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours to carry out their roles effectively.
Our resident-facing policy explains how we recruit, support and develop colleagues, set expectations for professional conduct, review performance and respond when standards are not met. It also explains how we seek assurance that contractors and service providers working on our behalf meet appropriate standards.
