Scrutiny Reports
Residents undertake detailed scrutiny exercises into specific service areas and publish recommendations for improvement. Findings are reported to senior governance groups and monitored until completed.
Reports produced by the Residents' Scrutiny Panel are shared with the Audit & Risk Committee and Board, ensuring resident recommendations are considered at the highest level of the organisation.
