Did you know that last year, 267 residents gained £830,000 in benefits thanks to support from Castles & Coasts Housing Association’s (CCHA’s) Financial Inclusion Team?

This is just one of the areas we highlight in our latest Residents’ Voice Report. Published twice a year, this edition gives in-depth information on resident involvement, engagement, feedback and some of our partnership work across CCHA communities between October 2022 to March 2023. It also features performance information for 2022/23 (1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023).

We give an update on the complaints, compliments and satisfaction data we’ve received, and just as importantly, how we’re using this feedback to improve the services we deliver to our residents.

It’s really important to us that we carry on working in your communities to help improve where you live and continue to build local partnerships, so we’ve featured some case studies and other examples of this in the report too.

Adam Gould, CCHA’s Head of Customer Service and Engagement, said: “We really are committed to making sure we always listen to residents and this report shows what we do with all of that important feedback.

“There are some truly heart-warming stories about our work in local communities, the difference our Community Fund is making and the work of our Financial Inclusion Team in supporting people in need.”
