Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)

Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) are a set of measures used across the social housing sector to understand how residents feel about the services they receive. They cover areas such as repairs, communication, neighbourhood management and overall satisfaction.

Repairs and maintenance performance

Providing safe, well-maintained homes is one of our top priorities. We monitor our repairs and maintenance performance throughout the year to ensure we deliver a reliable service and meet the needs of residents.

We regularly collect and act on resident feedback to help improve our services and maintain high standards.

Anti-social behaviour performance

Creating safe communities where residents feel secure and respected is a priority for Castles & Coasts. We monitor our performance in handling anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases and use resident feedback to help improve our approach.
Experiencing ASB?

Everyone deserves to feel safe in their home and neighbourhood. If you're affected by anti-social behaviour, we're here to help.

Get in touch to report a problem, seek advice or discuss your concerns with our team.

ASB awareness and resident communication
Tackling anti-social behaviour is not just about responding to reports. We work with residents, local partners and communities throughout the year to raise awareness of anti-social behaviour, promote reporting options and share advice on keeping neighbourhoods safe.

Community safety and partnership working

Creating safe, welcoming neighbourhoods is a shared responsibility. We work closely with local authorities, the police, support agencies and community organisations to tackle issues that affect residents and improve community wellbeing.

Through joint initiatives, awareness campaigns and partnership working, we help address anti-social behaviour, support vulnerable residents and respond to issues that matter most to our communities.

We also share updates with residents to demonstrate how we are working with others to make a positive difference across our neighbourhoods.
