Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is proud to stand with organisations across the UK in support of ASB Awareness Week 2025, a national campaign running from 30 June – 6 July to take a stand against anti-social behaviour (ASB) and promote safer communities.

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is improving the way it collects Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) data, by appointing a specialist research agency to contact residents over the next few months to independently gather the data by telephone.  

To help make residents’ personal information even safer, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is introducing a new security feature in July 2025 for making payments, which means payment details will be hidden during telephone transactions.

Pupils from Gosforth Primary School swapped the classroom for a building site last week as they visited a new housing development in Gosforth, Cumbria organised by Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) and Thomas Armstrong Construction.
