Following a rigorous recruitment process, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) have confirmed the appointment of a new Chief Executive, Dawn Clark, after Stephanie Murphy announced her retirement from the role.

After successfully making the change for its homes in the Eden district in 2023, Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is bringing the repairs service for its 593 other homes across the South Lakes region in-house, from Monday 22 September 2025.  

Residents turned out in great numbers last week to enjoy the sunshine and take part in a Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) led community clean up event in Northside, Workington.

Did you know that last year CCHA supported residents in accessing over £1.5 million in benefits they were rightfully entitled to? This is just one of the highlights of our combined Residents’ Voice and Annual Report for the April 2024 to March 2025 financial year, published today. 

The countdown is on for Castles & Coasts Housing Association’s (CCHA’s) community clean up event in Northside, Workington on Wednesday 13 August, from 10am to 3pm.
